Meet Our Panel

Nathalie Scardino (Moderator)

senior Vice president, recruiting

Nathalie is currently a Senior Vice President for Recruiting at Salesforce, overseeing a team responsible for hiring 5,000 people annually. She has a background in sales and has spent her career helping businesses transform digitally. At Salesforce, she has been instrumental in developing programs that have resulted in higher retention rates and increased representation, advocating for equality and inclusion in all parts of the hiring process. Nathalie lives in San Francisco with her husband Will and their two sons, Leonardo and Luca. When not with her family, she loves to give back to her community, serving as a mentor as part of the Year Up program.

Reggie Marable

Reggie has nationwide responsibility for an enterprise sales organization tasked with generating growth in Salesforce's largest global accounts in North America. He’s a published author of The Blue Print – The Keys to making BIG Money in Professional Sales and lives in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to starting his career in corporate America, Reggie played professional football in the Canadian Football League after graduating from Morehouse College. He met his beautiful wife of 20 years at a grocery store and they have two awesome kids.

Rosie Roca

Senior vice president, essentials customer experience

Rosmary (Rosie) Roca serves as a Senior Vice President of Customer Experience in the Small Business Essentials business unit at Salesforce. In this role, Rosie leads a cross-functional team of trusted advisors responsible for supporting Essentials prospects and customers as they start their journey with Salesforce. Rosie has been passionate about advising and supporting small businesses since she joined RelateIQ (later SalesforceIQ) in 2013. Previously, she was a Market Research and Strategy manager at the Kraft Sports Group (New England Patriots, New England Revolution, Gillette Stadium). Rosie has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Harvard University.

Kwesi Ames

This year marks Kwesi’s 22nd year in the technology industry. In that time, he’s worked at some of the industry’s leading tech firms, such as Digex, MCI, KPMG and Symantec. For the last nine years, he’s worked at Salesforce from his office in Herndon, VA. Currently, he is the Vice President of Site Reliability Engineering where he leads a global team responsible for the 24x7 availability and reliability of several key Salesforce products. When he isn’t traveling and putting out fires at work, he geeks out with his wife and two teenage sons on sci-fi, comic books and cartoons. He’s also a huge soccer fan and has been to two World Cups. He immigrated from Trinidad and Tobago when he was 16 and started college that same year. He now lives in Prince George’s County, Maryland with his family and pooch.

Emma Richards

Senior solution engineer

Emma Richards is a Senior Solution Engineer at Salesforce London, as well as the Global Growth Chair for BOLDforce, one of Salesforce's 12 Equality Groups. She has been at Salesforce for eight years, where she started by working part-time in Technical Support whilst in university. Moving through roles in post-Sales, including consultancy, she now uses her passion for technology and helping customers in order to help businesses realize their goals using Salesforce technology. When not talking about technology, Emma dedicates her time to ensuring a more equal future for us all, in her work with Equality Groups as well as organizations outside of Salesforce.
